Abstract

In this proposal, the researcher is conducting a critical Literature Review in relation to the research topic: Adoption of Online Systems and Change Management: the Case of the Ministry of Communications and Innovation, Botswana. Furthermore, the Literature Review includes the Review of Relevant and Main Constructs like Change Management, User Acceptance, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, System Quality, Attitude, Change Readiness, and Communications. Moreover, the discussion clearly considers the research’s theoretical assumptions and principles, explicitly including crucial issues, perspectives, as well as controversies in the field.
